Pregnancy, birth, and bringing a new baby into this world can be overwhelming. BUT it doesn't have to be when you have someone guiding you through the process! As a doula, I am knowledgeable in all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum! I will be there for you to ask questions, give advice, and to make sure you feel prepared & supported along this journey!

Why monthly virtual support?

Virtual support is perfect for those that do not want a doula to be physically present with them at their birth or entering their home. But if you still want the support & guidance that a doula provides then monthly virtual support is perfect! I work with you each month to help you feel prepared & ready to have your baby while answering all of your questions!

Here are a few things we do in our meetings together;

  • Discuss your birth preferences AND your postpartum plan
  • Chat about how your partner can support you
  • Be a listening ear during your pregnancy, birth, and into postpartum
  • Debrief conversations you have with family, friends, and care providers
  • Provide you with suggestions, referrals, or resources

Texting support is also included for you to ask all of your questions between our meetings.

Texting support

You can have a doula at your finger tips! Ask all of those lingering questions without having to scroll through google. Ask for recommendations, referrals, or suggestions. I will be there to guide you throughout your pregnancy & postpartum experience to ensure it is a positive one! Try for one month or I can be your texting buddy all throughout your pregnancy or those first few months postpartum!
